As a little girl, I was involved in all forms of dance. For more than 16 years rehearsing as a dancer was a natural part of my daily life.  The hard part was realizing I was a performer at heart.  Once I accepted that fact, making the transition from “rehearsing as a dancer” to “training as an actor” was the easy part.   Learning a new skill, embracing every possible class and learning moment, became my new passion.  I’m always doing something to learn, to grow, to be a better performer.  And classes, especially “industry” classes, are brilliant. I recommend them all…even the bad ones! Maybe especially the bad ones.  Fact is, even “bad” classes can manifest brilliant learning moments. The trick, of course, is to learn the lesson and never spend time “re-learning” it ever again!
